Junior Consultant Finance

Aufgaben

• Supervision of the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Strategic financial planning and analysis (budget preparation, controls procedures, plan-fact analysis).
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Optimization of financial and tax accounting function of the Group
• Preparation of management accounting, cash-flows planning and financial analysis, regular reporting for management and investors
• Accounting and due diligence of M&A activities
• Process automatization and presentation (Power BI and other tools)
• Communicate, engage and interact with the Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Recruiting new staff members when required
• Communication with the banks

Qualifikation

• Work experience Experience 3-5 years
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, including understanding of income statements, balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting
• Experience with corporate governance
• Experience in preparing and auditing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Practical skills in setting up financial accounting and budgeting, including from scratch
• German speaking , English speaking
