We're Hybe, and we help mobile apps to find new users and reconnect with existing ones using our nifty in-house system. We also make sure they get fair prices and clear data while becoming experts at what they do.
We're growing our team in Berlin which means we're on the lookout for talented folks who can work their magic in the mobile advertising world.
About the Job :
At Hybe, the Business Development Manager isn't just a salesperson. They're also a guide for our customers. Your mission?
To bring in new business from agencies and brands, as well as to help our current customers grow. You'll build strong relationships with our future customers and show them how our platform can solve their problems.
The perfect Business Development Manager is someone who gets things done, always looks for new opportunities, and enjoys learning and growing.
Along with bringing in new customers, you'll also be taking care of our existing ones and getting to know all the ins and outs of the mobile performance market.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Finding new business by reaching out to provided by us leads, or your own contacts.
- Talking to app developers to help them grow using our tools and resources.
- Connecting with mobile advertising agencies and showing them what Hybe can do.
- Building partnerships with app developers and publishers in the mobile world.
- Making sure monthly KPIs are achieved.
- Using our CRM Pipedrive and other tools to stay organised.
- Working with the team to make sure deal closing and campaign preparation go smoothly.
- Partnering with Account Managers, Sales Ops, and Media Buying teams to help our clients succeed.
- Solving client problems by using our platform and expertise.
- Representing our company at industry events and meetings with potential clients.
- Always keeping an eye out for growth opportunities through research and data analysis.
About You :
- You've got at least 2 years of experience in programmatic / mobile app advertising.
- You understand the world of Adtech, Programmatic, Ad Networks, DSP, and SSP.
- You know your way around ad serving, campaign management, and the mobile marketing landscape.
- You've got a track record of hitting and even exceeding sales targets in your previous jobs.
- You're comfortable with personal sales goals and the team’s KPIs
- You're a great communicator in English. Knowing a second language (especially German) is a bonus.
- You've worked in a startup environment before.
- You're based in Berlin, or ready to relocate.
- You know different sales techniques and can build strong relationships with clients and your team.
- You're adaptable, curious, positive, and independent.
- Having connections in the mobile app / gaming community is a big plus.
