Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Frankfurt.

Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.

A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient

What your key responsibilities will be :

• Collaborating with business unit heads to aid in strategic planning and support data-driven decisions.
• Partnering with Technical Field experts and product owners to craft forecasts, manage budgets, and develop reports that shape and influence business outcomes.
• Utilizing your corporate finance knowledge and analytical skills to guide the business towards informed strategic decisions.
• Assisting in the discovery of innovative pricing models and evaluating their impact on revenue streams.
• Working alongside product managers to gauge the potential impact of new products, determining the necessary investment, and the timeline for recouping these costs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Skills and experience we expect from you :

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in finance, consultancy, or auditing within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial planning (forecasting / budgeting), and analysis.
• Leadership and coaching abilities are highly desirable.
• Experience as a strategic business partner, particularly within IT companies, is advantageous. Knowledge of pricing strategy is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work with strategic concepts that can propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction.
• Ability to clearly measure and articulate the value they bring to the business.
• Recognized as an excellent communicator.
• Acts as a facilitator of finance within the business, ensuring all levels understand how to generate value.
