Become part of Mercedes-Benz as a working student (m / f / d) in the Mobility department at the Mannheim / Heidelberg site with the following tasks :

• Ensure the vehicle mobility of internal and external customers (e.g. service mobility, test drives, business trips, external rentals) in coordination with the responsible departments.
• Manage current rental / usage contracts, checking that all documents are complete and up to date.
• Maintain and monitor all necessary deadlines and information within the mobility business (e.g. handover dates, vehicle returns, repair status of vehicles).
• Prepare the timely vehicle handover for all mobility and rental purposes in a commercially and technically comprehensive manner and carry out the necessary activities (preparation, refueling, washing, tires, etc.).
• Monitor and prepare vehicle returns in accordance with the schedule.
• Carry out and keep track of all activities required as part of the vehicle return (e.g. additional mileage, excess, additional days, refueling).
• Take back vehicles physically and on the system side, park vehicles after return in compliance with the parking regulations, documentation in accordance with the currently valid return process (including mileage, fuel consumption, battery level, charging card, logbooks and return log).
• Fully commission new vehicles, e.g. activation / linking of technical assistance systems (connectivity services, etc.) and monitor these on an ongoing basis.
• Manage fuel and charging cards for the vehicle pool (e.g. issue to users, track returns, etc.). Refueling / charging vehicles, documenting the amount of fuel / charging used.

Qualifikationen

To be optimally qualified for this position, you must have

• a university enrollment
• Ability to integrate into a dynamic team with flexible working hours and conditions (can actively approach others, is helpful, responds to signals from others)
• A consulting and service orientation through service-oriented thinking, acting and speaking
• good comprehension skills, strong teamwork and cooperation skills as well as an organized, structured way of working
