Role Overview : As a Project Manager R&D, you will drive advanced product development with an interdisciplinary, creative, and highly qualified team.
You will lead projects from the conceptual phase through to market launch, ensuring they meet scope, deadlines, costs, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead product development projects from the conceptual phase to market launch.
- Ensure projects meet scope, deadlines, costs, and quality objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring smooth project progression.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience leading successful projects, ideally in technology product development with a software component.
- Proficiency in project management methods (classical, Scrum, Gantt, Kanban) and an agile mindset.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
