This recruitment is managed by an external HR consultancy on behalf of multiple international companies operating customer support centers in Greece.
It is a Customer Service role requiring fluency in German language, supporting large, well-known global brands in e-commerce, consumer electronics, digital services, and financial platforms (e.g. Dyson, Disney, Zalando, PayPal, Booking.com, Viva Wallet, Daimler Truck).
We need German native or fluent speakers. You will support your language-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with client procedures
- Document interactions in internal systems
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets
- Escalate complex cases when required
Work Location
- On-site roles: Athens, Greece
- Remote roles: work from anywhere in Greece after registration
Working Hours
- Full-time schedules, standard office hours
- Evening or weekend shifts may apply depending on the project
Trial Period
- Two-month trial period from the start date
Requirements
- Full fluency (C1–C2) in German language
- English proficiency (minimum B2)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- EU citizenship is mandatory (non-Greek residence permits are not accepted)
- Customer service experience is not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
