Responsibilities
As an intern in the product marketing department, you will partner with our Product Marketing Managers across a wide array of activities, from customer and competitor research to developing customer facing collaterals and sales enablement assets.
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market and customer research to refine our Enterprise target markets, segments and personas. Turn those data points into actionable insights that the rest of the organization can get behind.
- Positioning and Messaging : Ensure consistent positioning of our products and assist in the development and iteration of our master messaging guides
- Marketing Content and Communications : Create and contribute to use-case focused content like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webinar, videos and marketing campaign assets. Write strong briefs for our internal creative teams so that together, we deliver high impact internal / external content
- Product Launch Management : Work closely with product marketing managers to ensure our newest solutions are launched on time, internally and externally. There will be opportunities to own the end to end management of certain new products and features, with support and guidance from the wider product marketing team.
