Position Overview :

As a Project Manager you will lead their technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the optical industry and demonstrate a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges and propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision, focusing on product development, research, and innovation.
• Leadership : Lead the technology and engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Research & Development : Oversee R&D initiatives to create new optical products and technologies, ensuring they meet market needs and compliance standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure technology aligns with customer needs and market trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate technology vision and strategies to stakeholders, including the executive team, board members, and partners.
• Budget Management : Manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Market Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all technological developments comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within the optical industry or a related field.
• Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of optical technologies, product development processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire innovation, and manage complex projects.
• Strategic Thinker : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing and executing technology strategies.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solver : Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
