eine / -n Senior Business & Data Analyst (m / w / d) in Vollzeit (40 Stunden / Woche)
Als Abteilung für Data Analytics und Controlling stehen wir für Zahlen, Daten und Fakten der GEMA. Spezialisiert auf datenanalytische Arbeit im Bereich der Tantiemenverteilung, analysieren wir spartenübergreifende Royaltystreams, von historischen Vergleichen bis hin zu Prognosen für zukünftige Verteilungen.
Wir begleiten die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Verteilungsplans mit Simulationen und Szenarienberechnungen mit quantitativen Analyseansätzen quer durch den Big-Data-Stack der GEMA.
DAC begleitet verteilungsstrategische Projekte in einem übergreifendem 360 Ansatz, vom Forschungsdesign und dem Aufbau technischer Pipelines bis zur Ergebnispräsentation.
Gleichzeitig fungieren wir als Business Controlling für die Direktionen VBC und SKMV, unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Abschlüssen und sind verantwortlich für Budgets, Berichte und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen.
