The Role
EU CustomerFulfilment (CF) Process Engineers team is a group of operationalleaders driving process standardization and continuous improvementfor the EU Customer Fulfillment Network.
This team has the goal tocapture all the best practices from top performing sites andvalidate them as new official standard for all the network.
Theyaccelerate the implementation of technological advancements andthey strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for theoperational leaders across the FC network.
EU CF Process Experts(PE) ensures the operations teams are equipped with the functionalexpertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technologyadvances and network wide process improvements.
The team drivesprocess control, with the outcome of minimizing variation betweenshifts, buildings and regions, to deliver strong performance.
Theteam works to improve the input metrics for each of the processpaths by prioritizing and channeling the required resources amongProcess System Engineering (PSE), ACES (Amazon Customer ExcellenceSystems) PM, Central Ops, Launch teams, Operations Engineering,Reliability and Maintenance (RME) and many otherTeams.
Keyjob responsibilities
Process Path Ownership andExcellence
Serve as the subject matter expertfor process paths across the EU region, defining the officialstandard operating procedures to be consistently implemented acrosssites.
Lead the review of process paths to identify andvalidate best practices, then oversee the rollout of these approvedstandards.
Act as the primary point of contact for theACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) project rollout in theEU, ensuring seamless execution.
Project Management andOptimization
Take on the role of project manager forinternal PE (Process Excellence) initiatives and programs, such asmanaging the Top Hours project.
Provide structuredsupport and troubleshooting to site PEs, regional managers, andsenior managers to facilitate effective PE projectimplementation.
Offer remote and on-site support for keyoperational efforts like LEEP (Launch Excellence ExecutionProcess), PCC (Process Control Center), and shiftexecution.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration
Serve as the main PE point of contact forother central functions like Central Ops, RME.
Contributeexpertise and support for Kaikaku (rapid improvement)events.
Own the generation of PE OP1 project intake forthe specific process paths.
Partner closely with theglobal BM (Business Management) team to establish and scaleconsistent process standardsworldwide.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Degreefrom an accredited institution
- Proficiency in writtenand spoken English (Common European Framework of ReferenceC1)
- Experience from Industrial Engineering, BusinessProcess Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics
- Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizenmethodologies
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in German
- Previous experience in multi-country / cross regional CI environment
- Project Portfolio Management experience
- Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvementmethodologies
- Strong ability interpreting & communicatinganalytics and presenting to senior leadership,
- Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Abilityto motivate a team
