Sales Manager (DACH)
Job Description
Our client, a Chinese manufacturer of electric motors and fans for various industries, is recruiting for a Sales Manager to join and expand their business in DACH.
Our client is a medium-sized manufacturer specializing in motor technology with around 30 years of research and development experience in the fields of HVACR, transport vehicles, cold chain logistics, IT data centers, etc.
and offers customer-specific products and solutions worldwide.
Responsibilities :
New business development and account management in DACH or Southern European regions (including new customer acquisition and new market development, new contract negotiations etc.)
Work closely with customer Procurement and R&D for the definition of suitable products and conditions, coordinating with internal R&D team and factory, supporting new development through to market launch
Create market and competition analysis
Development and implementation of expansion strategies and identification of new potential markets and further expansion strategies.
Build and maintain a trusting and long-term customer relationship.
Qualifications :
Good technical knowledge of motor, fan, ventilator, industrial HVAC&R.
University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent,
Minimum 3 years hands on sales or procurement experience of motors / fans, or in the corresponding application areas.
An active and existing customer network in the relevant area is also indispensable,
Strong ability to discuss technical and commercial details both with customers and colleagues in China.
