We want you to design solutions, not just implement someone else’s requirements. Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate Drive great developer experience Drive operational excellence Be a role model in terms of output and quality Drive clean code and simplicity in the system Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices Mentor intermediate and junior engineers Provide a deep understanding of the tech vision and contribute to its progress Attain and maintain a solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture Frontend Tech Stack- Flutter, JavaScript, React Requirements Flutter expertise with at least 2 years of professional experience JavaScript expertise Strong mentoring skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills, especially within the product team Technical decision competency High level of motivation and enthusiasm to actively and independently drive progress Positive and constructive spirit in all situations Strong knowledge in user experience and ability to apply it to ongoing initiatives At least 5 years of experience with our tech stack Experience building mobile apps is a plus You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus Have a good sense of humour and if you also have solid table soccer skills, that’s a plus (2 pluses) Benefits Job with freedom and significant responsibility to make a difference with our talented international team.
