Profile

What we are looking for :

• Passion for recruitment : A genuine enthusiasm for human resources and recruitment, with a desire to find the best talent for our customers ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills : The ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients, and build lasting relationships by understanding their specific needs.
• Also, to excel in your tasks, a good knowledge of French and English is required;
• Proactivity and initiative : A spirit of initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to meet changing market needs;
• Results orientation : Motivation to meet and exceed targets, with a positive and persevering attitude;
• Team spirit : Willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals;
• Recruitment experience : Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an asset, but above all we value your potential and determination.
