International Recruiter Remote (Germany)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven International Recruiter to join our team remotely. This role offers full flexibility, allowing you to manage your time as you see fit, with no strict 9 to 5 schedule.

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing a network of sourcing channels and placing top-tier international talent for our diverse client base across Europe.

Your Responsibilities :

From your first responsibility, you will ensure a qualitative full candidates recruitment process by :

• Develop and build a network of local sourcing channels for candidates looking for a job opportunity abroad.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various international roles, mostly entry-level.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, while managing your Marketing &

Sourcing tools budget.

Collaborate with the team to share insights, strategies, and support.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role :

• Min. 2 years of experience in a B2B role.
• Previous experience living abroad (studies for example).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, being creative adaptable and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
