Job Description
Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for aRetail Training Managerto join their business in Germany.
Responsibilities :
Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies.
Developing new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
Targeting specific channels to promote products and services, including store joint marketing campaigns, pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies.
Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.
Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
Responsible for the acquisition, application and use management of national marketing and joint marketing and continuously improving ROI.
Responsible for the Retail visual strategy output (field store image, POSM, display etc.).
Responsible for the consistency of Branding below the line and ensuring branding consistency.
Responsible for VM material landing management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of store marketing and current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English language
Other EU languages are a plus
