Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You manage the integration of external applications such as LinkedIn, GoToWebinar, and others with the Eloqua platform to extend marketing capabilities and reach
- You configure and manage user access and security roles within the Eloqua platform to ensure data integrity andpliance withpany policies
- You analyze business requirements to support ongoing improvements and customizations of the Eloqua system, ensuring seamless data flow and integration
- You design and adjust lead generation strategies and programs to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets
- You perform regular audits and maintenance of the marketing database to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data used in campaigns
- You establish and maintain interfaces for data exchange between Eloqua and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration
- You develop and refine marketing processes to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness, and provide second-level technical support including data storage, segmentation, troubleshooting, and campaign construction issues related to the Eloqua platform

What should you bring along?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- You have proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua
- You have a strong understanding of marketing processes and demand generation
- You possess technical proficiency with CRM systems
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have strongmunication and collaboration skills
