Your Role

• You are part of a holistic team of generalists and IT specialists, working together to guide our clients through company-wide IT transformations
• You manage comprehensive consulting projects in the retail and consumer sectors, from analyzing the market environment to designing and implementing new solutions
• You analyze and optimize processes to increase efficiency along the entire value chain (including supply chain, warehouse logistics, and inventory management)
• You oversee program and project management or contribute to achieving project goals
• You act as a direct point of contact, ensuring clear and transparent communication with decision-makers

Your Profile

• A degree in business administration, a STEM subject, or an equivalent qualification, as well as professional experience in a consulting firm, technology corporation, or software company
• You possess in-depth expertise in current digitalization trends and have several years of experience in the retail and consumer goods sector
• Experience and methodological competence in the design and implementation of technology-driven strategy and transformation projects are an advantage
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a willingness to travel
