Role description
Job Title : Sales Operations Analyst EMEA
Reports to : On an interim basis to Vice President, Sales & Marketing EMEA and later to Manager ,
Sales Operations EMEA
Location : Remote within Europe, preferably close to one of the company’s European
subsidiaries (Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany or Watford, Hertfordshire, UK)
Profile :
The Sales Operations Analyst EMEA is responsible for the day -to-day support of the company’s sales
team by creating, evaluating, and optimiz ing data sets. The role manages sales administration,
oversees business analytics and attainment planning, and direct CRM enablement. It cooperates
closely with finance and operations and the corresponding stakeholders across the region.
Key Accountabilities and objectives :
- Carries out reports and evaluations of the sales data from the EMEA region in coordination with
the finance department
Supports the annual budgeting process and analyses the EMEA budget and variances to plan bybrand and region
Develops and maintains sales forecasting processesMonitors key sales KPIs in CRM and creates s ales reports, monthly business reports, andpresentations for the s enior sales management team
Supports the s ales department members with quantitative data and statistics regarding the salesdata from their regions
Provides accurate sales compensation reporting and achievement by sales employees toplan / target
Drives CRM Adoption by providing onboarding support and training to new hires, ongoingtraining as needed for existing employees, and identifying / remedying CRM usage, workflow,
reporting and process issues to improve data integrity

Strong interpersonal skills and gravitas to work with entire organizational ladderCompetencies :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business / Economics with focus on Sales, Controlling, or StatisticsMinimum of 5 years of experience in analytics focused on Sales , Marketing, product or c ustomeranalysis and applying advanced predictive algorithms
towards the creation of reporting and / or dashboard solutionsAbility to communicate data findings clearly and effectively to a wide audience of relevantpartners
Capable of building meaningful presentations and analyses that tell a story to influence and driveexecutive decision
Expert skill in Excel including advanced use of pivot tables and formulasVery good knowledge of Navision and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment is desirableComfortable working with large and complex data setsProficiency in using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Cognos, Power BI,Tableau, or similar tools
