Lokalleads GmbH is a young Berlin-based company specializing in modern software solutions for various industries.
The Meister1 Software is a pioneer in construction tech, crafting innovative solutions for tradespeople, wholesalers, and manufacturers in construction for 10 dynamic years.
Our mission? To streamline and automate the quoting process within the trades.
Currently, this process consumes excessive resources for tradespeople and drains time for customers. We're changing that narrative.
Our goal is simple : make quoting efficient, straightforward, and transparent.
Your Responsibilities :
- Take responsibility for the operational development of our software products
- Collaborate closely with the development team
- Convert customer requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Coordinate across departments such as development, marketing, and sales
- Ensure product quality through regular reviews of functionality and user experience
Your Profile :
- Some initial experience in through internships, university projects, or entry-level jobs
- Basic understanding of web applications and JIRA
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a structured way of working
- Enjoys learning and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English and German
