Your tasks :

As Principal AI Portfolio Management (m / f / d), you are a central part of the AI management team, whereby your role doesn't include disciplinary management but is characterized by responsibility for strategic topics and technical expertise.

In doing so, you will monitor the strategic portfolio management of the AI activities of Mercedes-Benz Group AG , keep track of market-related trends, advance synergies across the board and route the demand to the appropriate teams.

You are the driving force behind the sourcing of AI requests and guarantee that all requirements are met efficiently and promptly through your commitment.

You work hand in hand with the platform and development teams to thoroughly analyze the existing AI landscape, always keeping in mind the goal of developing harmonized and future-proof overall solutions that meet the highest standards and have long -term validity.

Evaluating and matching business queries with the appropriate technological platforms and solutions is also within your area of responsibility , including making make-or-buy technology decisions.

You will maintain and expand a strong and diverse network of stakeholders covering the entire spectrum of AI development .

Through your strong communication skills and diplomatic skills, you build trust-based relationships to ensure successful collaboration and the continuous exchange of ideas and innovations .

You ensure that all AI requests carefully go through the strict Mercedes-Benz Group AG legal and governance process and that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Your profile :

You have expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies that allow you to develop innovative solutions and master complex challenges.

Your deep understanding of these advanced technologies enables you to always stay up to date with developments and successfully advanced projects.

With your several years of experience in managing portfolio management processes , you will be able to competently evaluate business requests and identify suitable solutions.

Your excellent communication skills allow you to present complex issues in an understandable way and convince stakeholders at all levels.

You are a Networker (m / f / d) and able to build a strong internal and external network that helps promote a consistent and uniform AI strategy with Mercedes-Benz Group AG .

You draw yourself out of innovation and future orientation , always looking for new ways to expand the limits of what is possible and actively help shape the future.
