Your future team :

As Deloitte Audit is part of a Global network and delivers regulated services, our auditors need to follow a compulsory and consistent training plan throughout the year in order to remain up-to-date on regulations and best audit practices.

Deloitte Audit promotes a continuous professional development environment for audit teams.

In order to accompany the development of our Learning program we are currently looking for an Audit Learning Coordinator.

Your next challenge :

• Contribute to the implementation of the Audit & Assurance curriculum by :
• Organizing training sessions : managing the learning systems, booking training rooms (physical and virtual), organizing and monitoring facilitators’ availabilities, handing out the required materials, collecting feedbacks, closing sessions.
• Create and monitor reports on training registration and attendance as well as on completion of e-learnings, learning hours, learning statistics using computer tools such as Excel
• Be the point of contact for auditors’ requests or questions on day-to-day basis related to learning curriculum and learning obligations.
• Support the Audit & Assurance Learning Team in various administrative tasks in order to improve its efficiency and quality.
• Participate in audit & assurance learning projects development and implementation
• Welcome new joiners in order to make them aware of their learning path and learning requirements
• Creation of digital content and distribution on learning tools
• Review learning expenses for management approval
• Monitor the cancellation policy for participants and facilitators and ensure its correct application
• Connect with Deloitte global learning network and participate to the implementation of the global learning curriculum

Your skills :

• Hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Have a first experience in learning coordination, administrative support or any related field
• Demonstrate advanced computer skills and are particularly at ease with Excel
• Are good with MS Office in general and you enjoy optimizing your tasks
• Enjoy working within a team and you take responsibilities for your own scope of actions
• Are a motivated, open-minded, proactive, results-oriented within the expected deadlines
• Have a strong team spirit
• Can demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
• Have a good level of both French and English
