Work experience in sales is essential – preferably in the horticulture industry. Previous growing / nursery experience would be ideal. High self-responsibility and passion to travel. Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel & Outlook. Structured approach to work, pragmatic thinking, and communicative manner. Resilient, with effective communication and relationship-building skills. Opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing company. To work remotely within the UK. Technical Sales Representative

YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for sales of Selecta bedding, balcony & Perennial products in a designated geographical area.
- Promoting and introducing new varieties and concepts to customers.
- Delivering area sales targets.
- Developing and organising after sales services for the clients, including regular visits and technical assistance to growers.
- Interaction with the customer service team to ensure customers requirements are met.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at UK & European trade events when required + attend product training.
