About the CEO

As a child of a Turkish immigrant family, Ilker Aydin was born in 1982 in Germany, Cologne. Ever since he was a technology enthusiast.

He used his passion for PC s and Internet to create trend-setting digital products since 2004.

Prior to Famobi, Ilker Aydin was the founder of Germany s and Turkey s first online gaming websites called SpielAffe.de and KralOyun.

com. After operating these platforms for a decade as a market leader, he sold his website portfolio to one of the biggest media agencies in Germany.

Now he is on a mission to create a new global gaming app. In his opinion, the old school app stores are out of date. There must come a new product, which allows you to quickly play and explore new games.

Downloading, installing, deinstalling is old school, it is time for a new trend.

Your mission

As a Personal Assistant, your main goal is to save time in any potential fields that arise during the workday of a CEO. Organizational skills, pro-activeness, and a friendly way of communication are essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Primarily managing emails (main bottle-neck)
  • Managing other communication channels like LinkedIn, Slack, Skype and others
  • Being in touch with the Turkish entity (Famobi Istanbul)
  • Organizing documents and payments for the Famobi Istanbul
  • Organizing calls
  • Time and calendar planning
  • Human Resources activities
  • Keeping an eye on project deadlines
  • First contact and following person to accounting
  • General research & planning
  • Front Desk & Office operations
  • Organizing personal commitments
  • Travel planning
  • Team events planning

What we expect :

  • Organizational talent
  • Highly pro-active
  • High demands on yourself and the tasks you complete
  • A Bachelor s or Master s Degree Student
  • Fluent in English and Turkish. German is of advantage, but not necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
