Your Role :
As a Support Engineer , you will be a key player in delivering top-notch technical support and managing complex automation projects.
How You Can Make a Difference :
- Program and document building automation projects
- Collaborate with the operations team to commission and test building automation systems.
- Provide comprehensive support, maintenance, and technical assistance
- Maintain detailed project reports
- Lead software integrations in collaboration with the headquarters team.
- Keep work procedures up-to-date
- Offer technical guidance and support to the sales team .
- Conduct beta-testing of new building automation products and solutions.
What You Bring :
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of building automation protocols such as KNX.
- Experience with lighting control systems, particularly DALI.
- Proficiency in network configuration and basic knowledge of Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
