As Digital Campaign Coordinator (m / f / d) you are responsible for the execution and optimization of digital campaigns specific to the global American Express team.
The role has direct responsibility for the technical feasibility, trafficking, timing and delivery management of our campaigns.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Tasks
Your Tasks
Maintain an overview of available and optioned inventory to the specified KPIs
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Google Ad Manager campaigns.
- Create mid-campaign and post-campaign performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide case study insights, including screenshots.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of banner campaigns through Google Ad Manager.
- Coordinate campaign management using Trello, handling campaign creation, material collection, and progress updates while keeping all teams informed of requirements.
- Assist the Digital Campaign Manager with client communications, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet campaign deadlines.
- Set up and adapt campaigns across social media channels to achieve traffic goals.
- Effectively communicate upcoming campaign requirements to relevant teams (custom creation, social media, editorial, etc.).
Requirements
Your Profile
The ideal candidate has a background in campaign execution and reporting, coupled with a curiosity about the evolving media landscape and digital technologies.
- Degree in Media Management, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience in web technology / IT with a marketing focus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or ad technology.
- Strong interest in online marketing trends and ad technology, with a good understanding of digital business models.
- Experience with common ad servers and tracking tools such as Google Ad Manager; experience in at least one ad server is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to stay updated on new industry developments.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
