Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Project Management & Customer Implementation Team in the position of Customer Implementation Project Manager .
Main responsibilities :
- Translating the customer needs into APLL terminology and leading the customer implementation from the on-boarding, or re-implementation when needed
- Leading the Project Management topics into our operational, regional team
- Verifying with the Systems, Processes, Training, Agents Pillars on potential lean implementation opportunities.
- Gathering as much information as possible, stored in the operational systems such as Customer Profiles, Quotations, etc...
- Constant alignment and communication with the National Continuous Improvement Managers
- Transferring project goals into the operational regional team with a sufficient project management including meetings, documentation, and time management
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor s degree or master’s degree in project management, business administration
- Proven experience in logistics operations
- Process driven / results oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Systems affinity, knowledge, and experience
- Conflict and stress management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Fluency in English is a must-have and German would be a plus
