Our client, a top-ranked global investment bank is looking for a motivated and proactive Office Manager to join their team in Frankfurt!

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly for employees and guests, while being the linchpin of the office and supporting the needs of the team.

You will collaborate with the firm’s international offices and may be required to travel occasionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Oversee maintenance and manage office supplies and equipment.
• HR-related tasks including managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, as well as monitor service levels to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate company events and support on international roadshows.
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the office and answering the phone.
• Keep office areas and equipment clean and in a great working order
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate health and safety activities and initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of being a strong Office Manager, or Office Coordinator who is ready to make the next step.
• Background working for a global firm, ideally financial or professional services.
• Great communication skills - fluent German and professional level English essential
• Proactive and a can do attitude’.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Emotional intelligence, active listening skills and a warm credible style
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
