(Junior) Asset Management Assistant

Your tasks as an Asset Management Assistant

• Operational purchasing activities (order confirmation control, entering information into system, providing tracking numbers)
• Actively check and update open Purchasing Orders (missed and overdue acknowledgment dates)
• Proactive tracking of deadlines to secure our customers needs and expedite if necessary or on request
• Administrative support of the purchasing department
• Proactively working on our unallocated sales backlog

Our requirements

• Previous purchasing experience in the manufacturing branch needed
• Service orientated thinking and acting
• Independent prioritizing of tasks and self-management
• Teamwork skills
• German C2 level; English C1 level
• Reliability
