DACH Programs Manager (Market Insights)

Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for a DACHPrograms Manager (Market Insights), to join their business in Germany.
Purpose of Role :
Develop 360 strategies of content programs that help account and ecosystem growth
Ensure smooth execution of global, regional and local programs
Secure operational excellence for in-app programming
Team Introduction :
The Programs and Market Insights Team is obsessed with everything to do with content.
The team works on creative solutions to bring key moments and priority content categories to life by launching programs that inspire creativity from our diverse creator and publisher base.
By making use of ecosystem data we develop editorial driven content programs and set measurable goals. Furthermore, we help to localize global or regional content initiatives and collaborate with many different internal cross-functions day to day.
We're a fast paced, results oriented team, working across multiple projects and teams both in Berlin and globally.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute DE+ content programs, incl. XFN stakeholder management
Localise and execute regional and global content programs and tentpoles
Planning and execution of all in-app tools
Optimize content discovery and accessibility in-app by working with internal systems and teams
Analyze and utilize data to make informed decisions with the goal of improving content consumption
Minimum requirements :
5+ years experience in the digital media / tech industry, ideally with established expertise in content strategy and project management
Deep passion for TikTok, mobile content, social media and popular culture
Extensive project management experience working cross-functionally and with all levels of management
Experienced with managing content driven campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion
Experience in using data-driven insights
Editorial background, expert in developing narratives and copywriting skills is a plus
Photoshop skills for basic design adjustments is a plus
Native-speaker level in German language and advanced fluency in English
