Product Change Manager Automotive (m/f/d)
Job Responsibilities
In this role you will drive the DCM change process including the decision of change requests as well as the execution of specific product changes until implementation and verification.
The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities :
- Leading the evaluation and implementation of specific product changes for series products that involve several departments / imply a higher degree of complexity
- Create a timeline for execution and follow up on including resource planning
- Lead regular team meetings
- Close alignment with Procurement, Production Planning and Quality
- Report on the implementation status to Product / Program Management and / or within the DCM Product Committee
- Support the process of assessment and decision making of a new change request within the framework of Change Management (in close alignment with Program Management)
- Active participation in the build-up of change processes
Background & Skills
For this role, you have earned an engineering or economic degree and ideally gained experience in change management or project management in a technical environment.

- Excellent communication skills, motivation and commitment
- Team player and collaborator across different functional groups
- Very good knowledge of English and German (written and spoken)
