What you will enjoy doing

• The responsibilities of the position include the design and implementation of value-adding projects in the area of Reporting and Analytics across all businesses / functions / regions within EMEA
• Additionally, the role involves business partnering and business consulting in identifying, planning and execution of data driven projects
• As the Head of the data analytics team, the successful candidate will need to independently manage projects within the area of Data Analytics.

Furthermore, they will be required to develop and continuously improve an EMEA-wide Data Strategy

The position calls for successful collaboration with and management of stakeholders across Business, IT, Digitalisation, and Management.

As such, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Finally, the role involves managing a team of data experts, requiring strong leadership skills

What makes you great

• You as the ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong business understanding and be able to transfer business requirements into data models and technical implementations
• Moreover, proven experience in project and program management, coupled with a strong interest in getting value out of core business data applying analytics will be essential
• You should have a very good understanding of data models and data architectures. They should be proficient in programming, with a preference for SQL.

Additionally, very good communication and change management skills are required

• The willingness to travel up to a maximum of 10% is necessary for this role
• And you should also have very good English skills
