Work Student, IT HR Data Management (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Student to assist with updating and maintaining data in our Human Resource Management (HRM) system and providing support for various administrative tasks.

This role is ideal for a student who is looking to gain practical experience in human resources and data administration while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our HR operations.

• Update and maintain employee records in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the HRM system data to maintain the employee information
• Add new employee records, ensuring all required fields are completed
• Assist with the preparation of HR-IT related communications and documentation
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support in data-related tasks and activities.
• Understand the entire HR Operational ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRM systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with database management is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required, and knowledge in German is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h / week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h / week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
