Senior Sales Account Manager
My client, a leading global adhesives manufacturer are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive the future of the construction adhesives business! We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and own comprehensive strategic plans for the Construction Adhesives Sales Team, covering adhesives, sealants, and tapes.
- Execution & Coordination : Drive the execution of strategic plans through effective communication, coordination of activities, and mobilization of indirect resources.
- Sales Pipeline Development : Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to seize future growth opportunities.
- Commercial Target Achievement : Optimize market share, pricing strategies, and profitability to achieve commercial targets.
- Customer Satisfaction : Proactively anticipate and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Process Optimization : Consistently apply sales processes and utilize all available sales tools to maximize effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements :
- Educational Background : 4-year college degree, preferably in technical / mechanical or marketing fields.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within the Construction Adhesives Industry; marketing or technical experience may be considered.
- Location : Must be based in Germany, Switzerland or Austria.
- Travel : Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
