What you can expect:

• Participation in centrally planned and controlled purchasing activities in the retail sector by HUGO BOSS AG
• Validation and implementation of product requirements from target audience considering global requirements of HUGO BOSS
• Conducting market analyses and monitoring trends to identify target audiences product requirements and ensure customer needs are met
• Analysis of relevant key figures and development of qualitative and quantitative assortment specifications
• Independent improvement of existing processes and tools
• Collaboration with various interfaces to gain valuable insights into the entire process flow from customer needs to successful implementation at the sales floor

Your profile:

• Ideally completed textile/clothing oriented studies (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in retail buying / brand management
• Distinct analytical-structural as well as conceptual skills
• Communicative skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a team and convincing
• Good MS-Office skills (especially in Excel) and ideally knowledge of SAP AFS/Retail BI
• Very good English and German skills both written and spoken
