As a member of the Research & Knowledge Management Team, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting our digital and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :

• Driving Digital Innovation : Support the roll-out of new tools, develop automation workflows, and enhance our internal knowledge systems to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Delivering High-Quality Research : Conduct in-depth research on business topics such as market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry developments in the energy sector using professional databases and structured methodologies.
• Transforming Insights into Impact : Analyze and synthesize findings into clear, insight-driven outputs to support project teams.
• Partnering Strategically : Serve as a thought partner for our consulting teams - offering fresh perspectives, challenging assumptions, and helping to refine approaches.
• Building Knowledge Tools : Develop and maintain internal knowledge tools such as Power BI dashboards and automation workflows.
• Thriving in a Dynamic Environment : Be part of a fast-paced, international team with high exposure to consulting and digital transformation work.
