Your tasks
- Advice on IT products and solutions, in particular customer advice on IT security
- Maintenance and servicing of existing IT systems
- Design and implementation of security solutions
- Operation and monitoring of the IT security infrastructure both internally and externally at the customer's premises
- System monitoring and preventive measures for fail-safety
- Documentation and tracking of errors in the error management system
- Quality assurance for hardware and software implementations
- Creation of technical documentation and manuals
- Customer support by e-mail, telephone and chat
- Server and network administration for Microsoft systems, Linux servers and VMware, firewall, security systems, VPN solutions and storage solutions, in particular SAN and NAS
Your profile
- Completed studies or comparable technical training
- Experience in IT administration
- Overall technical understanding and experience in the design and analysis of complex systems
- Ansible knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
- Enthusiasm for challenging software projects and reliability
