HR Operations Specialist (German speaking)
Job Description
Our client, an automotive company, is recruiting for a HR Operations Specialistto join their project in Germany.
Responsibilities :
- You are responsible for maintaining employee master data and personnel files
- You will prepare and create labor law documents (employment contracts, references, etc.).
- You manage the recording of working hours and prepare various personnel reports
- You support us in the preparations for the payroll accounting
- You will also look after our employees as the first point of contact in all personnel-related and labor law matters
- You support your colleagues throughout the onboarding and offboarding process
- You will have the opportunity to get involved in the development and optimization of various HR processes and to actively participate in various HR projects
Qualifications :
Successfully completed bachelor- / master studies in Business Administration, or similar qualified training / education
1+ years’ work experience in HR or Office Administration
Confident and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
Experienced in working with external contractors and service providers, including negotiation and monitoring of the service provided
Good knowledge of standard software tools like MS Office Software, especial Excel
You are a creative problem solver with a high service attitude
You are a highly sociable team player, able to build up and maintain great relationships for in-person or remote collaboration
Proven reliability and sensitivity to deal with confidential information
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
