MAIN REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree preferred
• Qualified Accountant or other relevant qualification is a must
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures across EMEA
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent MS Office, Excel, Power Point user

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Partner with leadership team on all financial aspects of running the business
• Partner with financial peers in other regions and with HRS corporate to establish and follow accounting policies and procedures Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
• Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
• Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
• Participate in business investment plans / evaluations and expansion opportunities
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable / receivable
• Lead all budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the EMEA region
• Brief global and regional senior leadership regularly on the company’s financial status
• Liaise with Local Accountants to track tax payments and returns including the order and delivery of products and services across various countries as growth occurs
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
• Keep company financial information confidential and secure
• Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations

Language skills

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Proficiency in another European language both written and spoken is an advantage
