Oracle Cloud HCM Developer, Germany
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Developer , responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
The Oracle Cloud HCM Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that optimize HR processes and enhance employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing and developing custom solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business requirements related to human resources, talent management, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.
- Configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud HCM modules to align with organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
- Developing technical specifications, test plans, and documentation for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications, using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware technologies.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in all Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and customizations.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) such as Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud HCM Data Integration Specialist.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for large-scale enterprise deployments.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service.
- Strong programming skills in Oracle HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and SQL / PLSQL.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms for integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with external systems.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
