We are seeking an Experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in spearheading advanced analytics endeavours.

Responsibilities :
- Devise and execute machine learning models and algorithms to analyze extensive datasets, extracting actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business imperatives and transform them into data-centric solutions.
- You will improve resource utilization across all stages of our data pipelines, from validation and ingestion to storage to dynamic queries
- Act as a mentor to junior colleagues, furnishing guidance on best practices, honing technical skills, and executing projects effectively.
- Remain abreast of the latest developments in data engineering, proposing innovative strategies to resolve business challenges.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering position
- Demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, including adeptness with data manipulation libraries like pandas and NumPy.
- Proficiency in Go, C++ or similar languages
- You have significant exposure to Kafka as data processing system
- You possess extensive expertise in navigating distributed, event-driven systems, with a keen emphasis on real-time processing and observability.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes punctually and within defined parameters.
- From tackling high-level entity modeling and pipeline design to delving into low-level issues of representation and query access patterns, you've adeptly managed numerous high-dimensional, high-cardinality datasets.
