We @Coforge are looking to hire for a Data & Analytics Technical Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt, with the following skills :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engagement Specialist with a strong background in data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver data engagements using Agile methodologies, ensuring business outcomes are clearly demonstrable.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using AWS services, particularly AWS Glue and Lambda.
• Apply analytical skills and data-driven insights to meet business needs and solve complex problems.
• Assess and understand stakeholder needs to enhance customer experience, showing resilience under pressure and providing best-in-class solutions.
• Meet agreed deadlines with high-quality output, maintaining a delivery-focused approach.
• Drive delivery governance activities across multiple client engagements.
• Build and maintain advisory relationships with senior managers, demonstrating the ability to challenge conventional thinking when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience : Minimum of 8 years in delivering data engagements with demonstrable business outcomes.
• Technical Skills :
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (AWS Glue, Lambda).
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL frameworks, and MSBI (or similar technologies).
• Familiarity with key data modeling methodologies, including dimensional modeling, entity-relationship modeling, and logical & physical data models.
• Experience with leading BI reporting tools.
• Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical abilities with an understanding of the power and value of data to solve business challenges.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey data concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Abilities : Capable of managing multiple client engagements and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal Skills : Displays positive behaviors when working with others, establishing professional, trusting relationships with a wide range of people.
• Self-Driven : High energy, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
