Manager – HR Technology, AI & Automation (HRIS Consulting)

Remote in Germany, with some customer-site travel (15%), German & English speaking Position.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Manager with a strong background in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and / or Workday to join our global consulting team. This role focuses on advising and delivering HR transformation initiatives for multinational clients, leveraging AI, automation, and HR process optimization to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience.

As a manager, you will lead client engagements, design HR technology architectures, and guide customers through HRIS implementations, integrations, and intelligent automation initiatives . You will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and IT stakeholders while mentoring consultants and contributing to thought leadership in HR technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Advisory :

• Lead HR technology and digital HR transformation projects for global clients
• Advise clients on HR process optimisation , automation opportunities, and HR operating model improvements
• Translate business and HR strategy into HRIS-centric solution designs
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business leadership on AI-enabled HR solutions
