Job Summary & Job Duties
- You will be responsible for the timely procurement and coordination of goods both nationally and internationally.
- You will play an active role in the design and optimization of forecast and budget planning.
- You will prepare and implement necessary measures in the area of e-commerce and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the global team in accordance with internal guidelines.
- In addition to evaluating the existing supplier portfolio, you will analyze new procurement markets and carry out regular price monitoring and purchasing negotiations.
- You will coordinate workflows, ensure seamless data preparation and provide support with the IT connection.
- You will also monitor relevant key figures and present them reliably to the team and management.
Qualifications
- You have a degree or completed commercial training, ideally in the field of business or IT.
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable position and have a good understanding of global supply chains and material requirements planning.
- You are characterized by your analytical skills and an enormous affinity for IT.
- You can adapt flexibly to new market dynamics and sales processes without losing sight of business objectives.
- A strong sense of initiative as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working are a matter of course for you.
- A confident manner, strong communication skills and a very good command of written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
