Due to exciting initiatives to further strengthen our European organization, we're looking to hire a Senior Sales Managers who want to join our team.

You will work with leading-edge technologies, including AI-driven solutions, and participate in interesting client projects across various market segments, applying your in-depth knowledge of sales, business development, and strategic planning.

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a proven track record in business development and sales.

You should have a strong educational background in business, sales, or a related field, with relevant certifications, and demonstrated success in driving international sales projects and meeting sales targets.

We furthermore expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, AI and Power Platform, including the ability to configure and document sales processes and match solutions to client needs.

Additionally, you bring entrepreneurial thinking and experience in selling complex business solutions that require explanation.

You are highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of sales success and a special talent for identifying interesting business opportunities.

You have the ability to present the benefits of CRM and ERP solutions and communicate the added value of AlfaPeople as a qualified implementation partner.

Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills, along with first-class presentation skills, are essential.

As a person, you are service minded and have a solid business acumen. You have a sharp eye for details and understand the value of clear and effective communication and prioritizing tasks.

Others probably describe you as a dependable, knowledge-sharing team player who cooperates well with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales of solutions to internationally operating German companies
  • Responsibility for sales development in new and existing customer business
  • Preparation of reliable plans to achieve business objectives
  • Support of the German and European business development
  • Coordination of sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales goals and results within timelines
