If this is your profile...

• You completed vocational training or have a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
• You have first practical experience as a project management assistant or in project management
• You are passionate and excited about the IT sector
• Your organizational talent allows you to keep a level head in a very dynamic and complex project environment
• You try to get to the bottom of customers’ expectations and requirements, have an open ear for their issues and always strive to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working responsibly and in a structured manner is a given for you
• For successful project realization, you have sound knowledge of German and English

• You support the project team organizationally and administratively in exciting software projects in national and international environments
• In close coordination with project management, you contribute to project and resource planning
• You create project documentation and ensure that projects are up to date through regular monitoring
• As a contact person for organizational and commercial tasks, you ensure customer satisfaction
• If necessary, your scope of activity also includes creating quotations for customers
• You work in a team of experienced project assistants
• Your willingness to travel occasionally together with your project team to our customers completes your profile
