Our client is a bold Blockchain / Stablecoin business, with the goal of becoming the Euro Stablecoin standard for traditional financial services in the European Market.

This includes services such as B2B institutional and corporate payments, and cash settlements for securities transactions.

They are seeking a highly qualified, confident, and team-focused CTO to join their team.

The Opportunity :

Oversee a strategic IT / tech partner and absorb knowledge, resources, and features.
In prototype and MVP projects, develop the product and solution in collaboration with major trade institutions.
Create, grow, and manage the IT staff; incorporate it with the other divisions of the business.
As a member of the Executive Management Committee and possibly a co-founder, assume entrepreneurial responsibility.
Improve the company's external reputation.

Your Qualifications :

Familiar with legacy system architecture of traditional financial services institutions (tradfi), such as banks, asset managers, and exchanges, as well as blockchain technology.
Capable of developing an IT / Tech design that integrates traditional risk, compliance, and workflow components with Blockchain technology and connects them to traditional infrastructures.
Capable of developing solutions that satisfy particular client preferences and improve convenience and customer experience.
Capable of creating, developing, and managing a technology team as well as collaborating across functional boundaries to provide the product and solution, particularly in the areas of business development and risk / compliance.
A hands-on, can-do, get-things-done attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and team player.
Global exposure and reputation.
Fluent in English.
Please note that the candidate for this position has the option to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
