My client is looking for a Retail manager to join their team ASAP for this amazing and truly very exciting brand that is part of every household name.
The Role :
- You will be overseeing the daily operations of a retail establishment, ensuring smooth functioning, profitability, and customer satisfaction is most definitely super important.
- You will be supervising day-to-day activities, such as inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- You are fully comfortable with a store pre-opening and therefor have great organizational skills.
- Comfortable with cash handling
- You will be Hiring, training, and managing staff- your team will consist of 100 + employees!
- This involves scheduling, setting goals, and providing guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience by resolving complaints, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a customer-centric environment.
- Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for budgeting, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Overseeing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and ordering merchandise to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional events, and ensuring effective advertising to attract customers.
- Ensuring the store complies with all regulations, including safety standards, employment laws, and industry-specific requirements.
- Analyzing sales data, trends, and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality product deliveries.
- Addressing any issues that may arise, such as staffing problems, customer complaints, or operational challenges, to maintain smooth operations.
