About your future role
You will be part of the Key Account Team in the Large & Key Accounts Sales Department based in Eschborn. As Key Account Manager Omnichannel, you will contribute to grow and develop a portfolio of existing Key Accounts in our different Verticals.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be :
- Meet / exceed annual budget / sales targets
- Penetrating the relevant key accounts in order to identify, qualify and implement cross- and up-selling potential
- Calculation, creation and tracking of multi-level offers, tenders and contracts as well as the preparation and implementation of sales negotiations at the highest hierarchy level
- Potential analysis and identification of customer requirements as well as evaluation of implementation options based on the complete product, service and solution portfolio
- Creation of key account strategy / growth plans

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role :
- A degree in economics or economically strong background or equivalent education
- 5+ year experience in new customer acquisition in E-com, Financial industry desirable
- Excellent understanding of technical requirements for payment solutions of Key Accounts in various verticals like retail, hospitality and mobility
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Relevant experience in coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with Business Plans, Strategy and Sales
- Strong command of German (native speaker) and English
- Good expression and writing skills, convincing and winning in communication with internal and external partners
- Self-motivation and self-reliance
- Flexibility to embrace change
