The role

The successful candidate will join a busy team of 6, placing senior level professionals within the DACH region. You will be part of their high performing contract team.

With an extensive training program and 1-2-1 training, you will become an expert in your field. Working with a well-established client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Energy brands, you will source quality candidates and meticulously match them with clients requirements.

Starting on the candidate side of the recruitment process, you’ll expertly source, screen and network with prospective candidates.

Offering two routes to develop, you will have the opportunity to process within the Talent Delivery team, or Business Development, building your own client base and running a 360 desk.

This position will start primarily in the office, so are client is looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a tight-knit, collaborative team.

Ideal candidate

• You will be a recent graduate, or someone with sales / B2B experience
• Must speak fluent Germany and English
• EU right to work required
• Confidently able to communicate with senior level candidates and clients
• A self-motivated and ambitious individual who is able to work autonomously
• Competitive in nature, as you’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
• Ambitious to grow to senior level roles
