How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Developing projects and business opportunities, preparing sales and prospecting plans and ensuring safety and quality requirements are met

Follow-up of national projects

Defining customer and negotiation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders within Air Liquide Electronics

identification and development of business opportunities based on customers' current and future needs for gases and chemical products, equipment, utilities and services

Creates offer proposals and their formulation and contract drafting according to internal standards in collaboration with the legal department

Develops project notes for Invest / CPR

Develops good customer relation to create positive customer experience

Acts as the customer's advocate and at the same time represent the interests of Air Liquide (win / win)

Establishes and deepens contacts with the aim of a lasting and intensive relationship with customers

Develops and manages the network plan (contacts and interfaces) for the various customers

Takes responsibility for the P&L of the accounts and drives improvements on or beyond the plan. Prepares and reports market analysis and competitive intelligence.

Ensures internal reporting, cost control and invoice management.

Monitors operational and safety activities.

Are you a MATCH?

University degree in (technical) business administration or engineering

Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken

Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in working with Semiconductor customers

Understanding of relevant business KPIs

Strong communication and negotiation skills

High level of organizational skills as well as a structured and systematic way of working

Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, assertiveness, flexibility and confident demeanor

Good user knowledge of MS Office, Google and SAP
